Prep Softball It was another strong season on the diamond for the Holt Indians this fall and Holt also had its share of post-season honors. The Indians, had seven players named to the Gateway Athletic Conference Central Division All-Conference team that was recently announced. Holt also garnered two big individual awards as well. Player of the Year honors went to both Sydney Hanson and Lexi Jones. Holt head coach Joel Adam won the conference Coach Of The Year award as well. Francis Howell spikers ready for state after breaking quarterfinal drought against Timberland

  Last weekend marked the end of three years of frustration for the Francis Howell girls volleyball team. The Vikings had been bounced from the quarterfinal round by Marquette in 2013, and then St. Joseph’s Academy the past two seasons. Then last Saturday arrived and the Vikings, hosting the quarterfinals on their own floor, made sure they claimed their spot for the Class 4 tournament. Boys high school swimming Swimming is not only fun for Adam Grimm, but a way of life. Grimm, a junior swimmer for Fort Zumwalt West, has been swimming for 12 years. Rockwood Thunder Volleyball Club sends 11 teams to national championships

The Rockwood Thunder Volleyball Club sent 11 teams to the recent Junior National Championship in Minneapolis and returned with outstanding results. Team U16 Mizuno won the championship in the National division, finishing the tournament with an impressive match record of 10-1. “The first day of tryouts, I knew we were going to be good,” said Team U16 Mizuno player Taryn Griffey. “We decided early on that we were going to win Nationals.
