Celebrating community service The Caroline Close Stuart Chapter of the National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution recently honored Steve Collier with a Community Service Award for his work with Restore St. Charles. The volunteer organization assists St. Charles County families in rehabilitating their homes so they have safe housing that meets current code requirements. PEOPLE Provision Living Senior Living Communities, LLC, which operates Whispering Pines Retirement Community in Warrenton, has announced a new management team.
