St. Peters gives go ahead to another spec building in Premier 370 Business Park

Build it and they will come – words that apparently apply to the Premier 370 Business Park because a new, large “spec” building has been given the go-ahead by the city of St. Peters. The city’s Board of Aldermen has approved issuing $12.8 million in industrial revenue bonds to build a 375,200-square-foot facility on 24.65 acres at 1001 Premier Parkway in the business park. The land is owned by a subsidiary of Duke Realty Corp., which is developing the park. The project is expected to be substantially complete by Feb. 1, 2019. County to work with St. Peters, drainage district to co-develop canoe route on Dardenne Creek

St. Charles County officials have agreed to work with St. Peters officials to connect a new county park, formerly the site of the privately-owned Riverside Harbor along the Mississippi River at the mouth of Dardenne Creek, with St. Peters’ 370 Lakeside Park via a canoe route on the creek. The St. Charles County Council approved an ordinance to authorize County Executive Steve Ehlmann to enter an intergovernmental agreement with St. Peters and the Dardenne Creek Drainage District No. 3 for maintaining a portion of the creek for the canoe route.
