Shamrock Self Storage plans to locate on the south side of Hwy. N across from the Spring Orchard subdivision in O’Fallon. The property is at the most western edge of the city limits adjacent to the Ameren UE substation, Hwy. 364 and property belonging to the Missouri Department of Transportation.

The project plans include 11 buildings with a two-story main building offering indoor storage and office space on the first floor. A small retail area providing the sale of boxes and other moving supplies will also be available. All the other buildings will be the traditional type of storage units with overhead garage doors. The project will be gated and include asphalt pathways, fencing, irrigation and extensive landscaping along the Hwy. N frontage. There will be no outside storage area.
