Windsor Estates of St. Charles at 2150 West Randolph Street, adjacent to Blanchette Park, has re-opened after new renovations. They offer care in the areas of independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, extended stay and respite stay.

Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service, a nonprofit agency in St. Charles serving low-income individuals and families in crisis, was recently awarded a $10,000 grant from General Motors. Funds will be used to help families and individuals in  St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties pay rental, mortgage, or utility arrears to avoid an eviction. It can also be used for security deposits and rent assistance for homeless households in need of a long-term housing solution.


Lake Saint Louis resident Erin Erhart with Midwest BankCentre is moving to executive vice president-bank operations. . Erhart also assumes leadership of Midwest BankCentre’s digital bank as Midwest BankCentre prepares for the 2021 year-end retirement of President Dale Oberkfell.

Dr. Christopher Wangard, MD, CPE was recently announced as the new medical affairs/chief medical officer at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital – Lake Saint Louis. Dr. Wangard most recently served as Medical Director for SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Pediatrics.

The Greater St. Charles Chamber of Commerce hosts its 2021 Small Business of the Year Awards Luncheon from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5 at St. Charles Convention Center, 1 Convention Center Plaza in Saint Charles. This event includes the announcement the 2021 Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award Winner.
