Claytor recognized for community service

Lutheran High junior Megan Claytor was recently recognized with the President’s Volunteer Service Award through the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards program, the largest youth recognition program based exclusively on volunteer community service in the United States. Claytor  earned this award by volunteering more than 100 hours in support of the local community.

Created in 1995 by Prudential Financial and the National Association of Secondary School Principals, the program recognizes middle and high school students for their outstanding service to others at the local, state and national level.
