Made-from-scratch favorites, for any meal

 Teri Downey, a.k.a Nina,
with her grandchildren

Looking for made-from-scratch breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner options all in one convenient location? Look no further than Nina’s 8 to 6, which offers all that and more in large portions and homestyle recipes created by owner Teri Downey.

Nina’s offers a dine-in for breakfast, brunch and lunch from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., but is also providing an array of “Smart Meals” that are available via delivery or curbside pick-up from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. These ready-to-go dishes come in breakfast, lunch and dinner varieties.

For breakfast, customers can partake in classic dishes like the Breakfast Burrito – packed with eggs, chorizo, cheddar cheese, peppers and onions all wrapped up in a fluffy tortilla – and other favorites like buttermilk pancakes, applewood smoked bacon, scrambled eggs and more. For lunch and dinner, Nina’s offers a plethora of family-sized casserole dishes. Their Chicken Broccoli Rice Cheddar Casserole is made with hearty helpings of rice, broccoli, cheese and soy sauce, and comes with a biscuit puck, a denser type of biscuit offered at Nina’s. Their Chicken Poppyseed Casserole is made with a buttered cracker topping, sour cream and poppyseeds for added bursts of flavor. Seafood lovers can try the marinated Adobo Shrimp, and vegetarians will love the Eggplant Parmesan Casserole, which is served with made-from-scratch French bread.

“Everything is made from scratch, as always,” Teri said.

Each Smart Meal is also generously sized and comes with multiple portions, so customers can place an order that feeds and satisfies the entire family.

Nina’s also offers its freshly baked cinnamon rolls, which individuals can purchase individually or by the pan. Customers can pick-up the pans frozen or have them delivered.
