Across St. Charles County on Wednesday, Feb. 5, athletes signed national letters of intent to continue their athletic and academic careers in college.
Wednesday marked the first day that high school seniors could sign a binding National Letter Of Intent for college in football, field hockey, soccer, track, cross country, and water polo.
Fort Zumwalt West had one of the largest classes with 13 student-athletes signing to continue their studies and sports at the next level.
“This is a very talented group that challenged themselves each day to grow and improve and we are excited to see that dedication and work effort be rewarded,” said Fort Zumwalt West athletic director Neil Nowack. We are extremely proud of them and wish them the best of luck in their next chapter.”
