Congresswoman Ann Wagner [R-District 2] announced applications for U.S. Service Academy Nominations for the class of 2024 have officially opened.
The U.S. service academies, also known as the U.S. military academies, are federal academies for undergraduate education and training to become commissioned officers for the United States Armed Forces.
“One of my favorite and most serious responsibilities as a Member of Congress is nominating students from Missouri’s 2nd Congressional District to one of our nation’s service academies,” Wagner said. “Our United States Service Academies forge some of the brightest and bravest students into men and women of honor who inspire us all. My office’s Nominations Panel is looking forward to interviewing this year’s candidates and we are all excited to see this year’s impressive nominees.”
The application deadline for students interested in applying for a Service Academy Nomination is October 24. Visit wagner.house.gov/military-academy-nominations for more information.
