Good Day Cafe is now open at 2924 State Hwy. K in O’Fallon.

Good Day Cafe, 2924 State Hwy. K in O’Fallon, celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 1. Owner Jeff Clay, restaurant staff, O’Fallon mayor Bill Hennessy and representatives from the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce & Industries attended the ceremony. Good Day Cafe is a family-style restaurant that serves homestyle breakfast and lunch options Tuesday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce announced three local businesses as finalists for the 2019 Small Business of the Year Award: April’s on Main, owned by April Moxley; Extreme Electrical Contractors, LLC, owned by Mandy and Nathan Goff; and Sandhill Counseling and Consultation, owned by Monica Lieser. All were recognized on May 15.

Owner Rob Benton has opened CPR – Cell Phone Repair, 7131 Mexico Road in St. Peters. CPR provides repair options for a variety of devices including tablets and laptops.

Benjamin Giessman and Broker Heather Behrmann, of BSG Realty, have opened a new office at 1000 Country Club Road, Ste. T in St. Peters. 


Kyle Grate was named vice president of operations at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital – Lake Saint Louis. He will be responsible for daily facility operations. Grate holds a master’s degree in business from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.

Stephanie Harris, Esq., CEO and principal of Arrow Senior Living, was recognized as a Woman of Distinction by McKnight’s Long-Term Care News and McKnight’s Senior Living. In addition to being one of 19 women recognized in the inaugural program, Harris was the only recipient from Missouri.


The O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce and Industries hosts its membership luncheon from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on May 28 at Piazza Messina, 5535 Highway N in Cottleville.
