Disabled Athletes Sports Association, 2272 Mid Rivers Mall in St. Peters, celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting on Friday, March 22. Founder Kelly Behlmann was joined by St. Peters Mayor Len Pagano, staff, clients, board members and ambassadors with the Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce. Disabled Athletes Sports Association specializes in therapeutic sport and fitness opportunities. Its programs introduce both children and adults to sports and fitness activities that promote physical fitness and self-confidence in an environment designed to encourage personal growth.

Cherry Blow Dry Bar, 1650 Beale Street, Ste. 185 in St. Charles, celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting on Friday, March 29. Owner Lance Millican was joined by St. Charles Mayor Sally Faith, St. Charles community relations manager Molly Dempsey, ambassadors with the Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce and Cherry Blow Dry staff. The salon provides a range of styling services at affordable prices.

Caradonna

Fran Caradonna was appointed as both chief financial officer and chief administrative officer for Saint Louis Brewery, the largest locally-owned craft brewery in St. Louis and the makers of Schlafly Beer. She will manage financials and accounting for the Saint Louis Brewery and oversee daily administrative operations. Caradonna has over 25 years of experience in the industry, most recently serving as the general manager for O’Fallon Brewery, which she co-founded with her former husband, Tony.

Grate

Kyle Grate has been named vice-president of operations at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital – Lake Saint Louis. Grate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of hospital facilities. He began his career at SSM Health as a senior financial analyst and was promoted to manager, and then director of financial strategy and analysis. Grate received his master of business from Webster University and an undergraduate degree in accounting from University of Missouri – St. Louis.

The O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce and Industries holds its Membership Luncheon from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on May 28 at Piazza Messina, 5535 Highway N in Cottleville. The Western St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce hosts its Membership Meeting from 11:15 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursday, May 9 at The Garden Villas of O’Fallon, 7092 S Outer 364 in O’Fallon. Doors open at 10:45 a.m. Early online registration is $20 per person or $22 per person for walk-ins.
