Calling all choirs

Hubbard Radio St. Louis’ KSHE 95 is giving one high school or middle school choir a chance to perform “I Want to Know What Love Is” on stage with Foreigner on June 25 at The Family Arena, located at 2002 Arena Parkway in St. Charles. The winning choir will also receive a $500 donation for their program. Choirs can submit videos now through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, May 5. Beginning May 6, KSHE 95 listeners can cast votes for the winners. The contest is open to all metro area high school and middle school choirs. Each group must submit a minimum of a 60-second video performing any Foreigner song. No equipment is specified, and cell phone footage from iPhones and Androids is allowed. Videos must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm on May 5. Each choir can have a maximum of twenty-five singers and six adult chaperones. Founded in 1976, Foreigner is recognized as one of the most popular rock acts in the world, with ten multi-platinum albums and 16 Top 30 hits and over 80 million album sales.
