New drop-off recycling center now open in O’Fallon

The city of O’Fallon has added a new location for residents to drop off paper and cardboard for recycling at the Renaud Center, 2650 Tri Sports Circle. The location will be open 24 hours a day.

This is the third recycling drop-off location, joining the locations at the O’Fallon Municipal Centre, 100 North Main Street, and the Justice Center, 1019 Bryan Road.

“We appreciate our residents continued recycling efforts, and we are grateful to all of our residents who have worked with us through the transition in our recycling program,” said Jim Wenzara, environmental services superintendent. “We will continue to look for additional opportunities to make paper and cardboard recycling even easier as we move through 2019.”

O’Fallon’s recycling locations are for resident use only and no illegal dumping is allowed. The sites are video monitored; illegal dumping will be prosecuted. For additional information, contact Environmental Services at ofallonrecycles@ofallon.mo.us or (636) 272-0477.
