Francis Howell School District launches mobile app

The Francis Howell School District mobile app

Francis Howell School District has launched a mobile app designed to enable parents, staff, students and the larger community to stay informed and up-to-date on important issues, information and activities happening in the district.

The free app displays the district’s logo and content, and can be downloaded through Googly Play or the Apple App Store; just search for “Francis Howell.”

Analytics show that two out of every three people access the district’s online information from a mobile device. The app allows members of the Francis Howell community to access news, calendars, menus, staff directories, push notifications and more, all in a convenient, mobile-friendly interface.

The mobile app is a result of the district’s “Future Focused” strategic planning efforts. The Engaged Family and Community Partnerships Committee identified the mobile app as a priority strategy as the district explores “new ways to engage, communicate and collaborate with families and the community.”
