The Rack House Kitchen Wine Whiskey® is an upscale farm-to-table restaurant which uses local ingredients and provides a from-scratch dining experience. Executive Chef Philip Day updates the menu about every six weeks as he brings in seasonal produce from several farms in the area.
General Manager and Sommelier Josh French puts together the wine list, which includes U.S. and international wines from smaller, boutique wineries.
The far-reaching whiskey menu offers nearly 200 bourbon, Scotch and whiskey options, as well as several allocated bottles.
“We’re one of the top in variety for whiskey in St. Charles County,” said John Hamilton, owner.
“We are an upscale restaurant with a relaxed environment,” Day said.
The restaurant also boasts a banquet room and conference space. It has three outdoor patios, plus a ventilated cigar lounge. Cigar club members can rent a humidor locker to store cigars on-site. Whether it’s Sunday brunch, mouth-watering dinner, or after-dinner drinks and cigars, The Rack House Kitchen Wine Whiskey® has it covered.
“The Rack House Kitchen Wine Whiskey® is a unique experience in St. Charles County” French said.
Rack House Kitchen Wine Whiskey® is thrilled to announce a second location opening summer 2019 on Historic Downtown Main Street in St. Charles.
