Let our family take care of your family

The Johnson family, owners

When it comes to your family’s heating and cooling needs, trust the family at Johnson Heating & Cooling. This family-owned and -operated business, launched in 2013, is a passion for owners Tracy and Shaun Johnson, the husband-and-wife team who grew up and graduated together in Wentzville.

“I’ve been around the industry since I was 5 years old, and it’s in my blood,” said Tracy. Her parents owned a local HVAC company for more than 30 years. “My husband, Shaun, and I got into the business years ago and we share the same passion.”

Johnson Heating & Cooling installs dependable, high-quality furnaces, air handlers, air conditioners, heat pumps and geothermal systems, and its technicians perform service and maintenance on all brands. They also install air quality products such as humidifiers and electronic air cleaners. Clean-and-checks ensure homeowners’ heating and cooling systems are operating at peak performance. The Johnsons’ goal is to educate customers and provide them with the most comfortable and quality systems available, installed and serviced by trusted professionals.

Shaun is the president of Johnson Heating & Cooling and takes pride in all aspects of the company’s workmanship. With over 18 years in the industry and a Journeyman License in several counties, Shaun’s honest, respectful approach has gained respect from both builders and homeowners. Tracy is vice president, handling all aspects of customer service. Her friendly, caring personality brings as much cheer to their office as to their home. Visiting clients might find themselves being greeted by Shaun, Tracy, their daughter or even their dog, Bella.

“We’re a family-friendly HVAC company that customers can rely on,” Tracy said. “Let our family take care of your family’s heating and cooling needs.”
