New-home sales soared in March, beating out experts’ expectations according to a report released last week by the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. According to Freddie Mac’s monthly outlook for March, a 5.1-percent increase in home prices is predicted in 2018.

Griffey Homes has just two homesites remaining at MacArthur Park and has begun construction of an Acadia ranch inventory home, offering three bedrooms, two baths and a three-car garage on nearly 2,300 square feet.
