Homebuyers score with Fischer & Frichtel’s “Move-In-Ready Sale” 

This fall, home improvement stores are packed with do-it-yourselfers hoping to spruce up their homes in time for the holiday season. However, many shoppers have found a more exciting way to celebrate the holidays – in a brand-new home, available immediately and at a phenomenal sale price – during Fischer & Frichtel’s “2017 Move-In-Ready Sale.”

Announced several weeks ago, the event produced an instant response, with homebuyers snapping up these luxury-packed values. For example, off Ohmes Road in Cottleville, all of the move-in-ready homes in Katiebrook Place and Miralago Manors already have been purchased. However, a charming two-story “Cottage Home” in Katiebrook Place is projected for completion this month and has been included in the sale at $254,900. And in fashionable Miralago Estates, a “Durham II” ranch, with a three-car garage and great room with a 12-foot ceiling and window wall, now is available and sale-priced at $469,900.

In The Reserve at Brook Hill, the builder’s record-selling enclave off Hackmann Road in St. Charles City, the final ownership opportunity is an owner-ready “Durham II” ranch, close-out priced at $479,900, a savings of $19,237. Loaded with custom details, this sophisticated home includes a three-car garage and landscaped yard with irrigation system.

Just blocks from St. Charles’ riverfront attractions, two detached, minimum-maintenance villa ranches are featured in The Villages of Provence. Reduced by more than $9,000 to $309,900, the “Highland” is move-in-ready, and the “Ashland,” $284,900, is scheduled for delivery in December.

Substantial savings are available on two spacious ranches from the firm’s high-end Estate Collection at Ehlmann Farms, off Sammelmann Road in Weldon Spring. Both are situated on oversize homesites with three-car, side-entry garages. The “Arlington II,” $689,900, has been reduced by $42,361, and the “Durham II,” $659,900, by $18,761.

At Wyndgate Oaks in O’Fallon, the future owners of the “Durham II” ranch, $589,900, or the 1.5-story “Wyndham,” $674,900, can move in immediately – save more than $15,000 – and enjoy the development’s 55 acres of recreational amenities.

Although both of the sale-priced homes in Wilmer Valley still are under construction, one already has been purchased. A “Carver” two-story still is available for December move-in and offered for $424,900 in this scenic community on Wilmer Road in Wentzville.
