A crowd of close to 100 students, faculty and staff gathered at Living Word Christian School Wednesday, Sept. 27, to partake in See You at the Pole [SYATP] – an annual event that has been uniting the world’s youth in prayer for the past 25 years.
The event is a way for students all around the globe to pray in solidarity, asking for God’s divine intervention for their generation. At 7 a.m., students in every time zone gathered at their flagpoles and prayed for their school, friends, families, churches and communities.
“There is great hope for our school, community, nation and the world when our young people pour their hearts out in prayer. See You At The Pole 2017,” a Facebook post by Living Word Christian School read.
