More than 75 prospective homebuyers have already joined the priority list for Katiebrook Place, Fischer & Frichtel’s recently announced single-family neighborhood in Cottleville.

Located off Ohmes Road, just north of Mid Rivers Mall Drive, Katiebrook Place is situated directly across from Miralago, one of the home builder’s most successful neighborhoods. Now finalized, the Cottage portfolio showcases charming 1.5- and two-story home designs, all with three bedrooms, an attached two-car garage, and two or 2.5 baths. During pre-construction, base prices start from $209,900 to $242,900, and living space varies from 1,312 to 1,756 square feet.

Built to Fischer & Frichtel’s exacting standards, the plans allow for several spatial options [for example, a second-floor laundry], which is considered a rarity in this price range.  A brand-new addition to the collection, the 1.5-story “Dover” also provides the option of a fourth bedroom.

According to Blum, the product line, exceptional location, and manageable pricing are attracting a broad spectrum of potential homeowners, from renters and first-time buyers to busy professionals and families with young children. Commuter access to the Page Extension/Hwy. 94 is less than two miles from the entrance with abundant parks and recreational complexes nearby.
