O’Fallon, Mo. – The River City Rascals will resume play at home against the Joliet Slammers beginning Friday, May 26th through Sunday, May 28th. This Memorial Day weekend the Rascals will be celebrating Youth Soccer Night, Superheroes & Princesses, and Strike Out Cancer presented by Siteman Cancer Centers. The Rascals are inviting all fans to come out and enjoy an action packed weekend.
Friday, May 26th at 6:35 PM – Youth Soccer Night
All soccer fans are invited to CarShield Field on Friday night as the Rascals celebrate Youth Soccer Night with the St. Louis Ambush! Fans are encouraged to get here early for a pre-game kick around with St. Louis Ambush players and an autograph signing session on the concourse. The first 500 fans will also receive a ticket to the MASL International Challenge hosted by the Ambush. Come kick off the weekend at CarShield Field this Friday night!
Saturday, May 27th at 6:35 PM – Superhero & Princess Night
It’s finally time for the Rascals’ annual Superheroes & Princesses game! This will be an exciting evening for all ages as fans can meet their favorite superheroes and princesses throughout the game. Fans are encouraged to join in on the fun and wear costumes of their favorite characters. There will be 10 different characters throughout the ballpark to meet with Fans and pose for photos. Be sure to get here early for superhero training and pregame Sno Ball Fight, provided by Bahama Bucks.
Sunday, May 28th at 4:05 PM– Strike Out Cancer presented by Siteman Cancer Centers
The River City Rascals are ready to Strike Out Cancer this Sunday! The afternoon will be presented by Siteman Cancer Centers. Siteman Cancer Centers will be giving away a cup for the first 500 fans at CarShield Field. In addition, all cancer survivors and those currently battling cancer will receive free admission and be honored on the field during the day’s game.
