Bethesda Health Group has added Nathan Darling, of O’Fallon, as corporate vice president of strategy and business development. Darling, who has nearly 20 years of experience in business development and strategic direction, will identify new opportunities to help grow Bethesda’s business, as well as expand opportunities with Bethesda’s current business partners and preferred providers.

Cedar Lake Cellars’ Assistant Winery Manager Morissa Haney, Wine Tasting Room Lead Brittany Leonard, and Wine Tender Sharee Leonard recently earned cerification as pre-sommeliers from the Mid-American School of Wine in St. Louis. The process focuses on a variety of topics including tableside service and etiquette, wine regions and their soils, and how wine is produced.

Thomas A. Niedringhaus, president of O’Fallon-based Rainbow Painting Company, recently was appointed to the St. John’s Bank  Board of Directors. Niedringhaus has owned the residential and commercial painting company since 1980; he is a member of the Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri, St. Louis Painting and Decorating Foundation, Painters District Council 58, the National Association of Home Builders and the Finishing Contractors Association.

Little Hills Winery and Restaurant, located at 501 S. Main St. in Historic St. Charles, celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2016. Owned by Dave Campbell, the winery has debuted a newly redesigned website and improved its wine offerings.

Mark Prainito, a senior vice president and commercial lender at First State Bank’s Lake Saint Louis branch, recently was named one of the ‘Top 100 St. Louisans You Should Know’ in the St. Louis Small Business Monthly.  Prainito has over 25 years of banking experience; ass a commercial lender, he works with small businesses in the St. Louis area to provide business loans and lines of credit.
