St. Charles Mayor Sally A. Faith has named Larry Dobrosky as the city’s director of administration. Dobrosky most recently served as Deputy City Manager for the City of El Mirage, Arizona. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and also served in the U.S. Navy.

St. Louis-based Gershman Mortgage has added Jeremy Knox as a loan officer at the company’s St. Peters office located at 201 Salt Lick Road. Knox has six years of experience in the residential loan industry and holds both a B.S. in criminal justice and a MBA from the University of Central Missouri.
Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s St. Charles County office recently raised more than $22,000 to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis at its 10th Annual Trivia Night, Raffle and Auction. More than 400 guests attended the event, which was held March 5 at St. Charles Borromeo School.

SSM Health has opened a new $10.4 million outpatient health care facility near the campus of SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital – Wentzville to provide convenient health care access to the growing population in western St. Charles, Warren and Lincoln counties. Located one-half mile north of Interstate 70 on Wentzville Parkway, the 22,000-square-foot outpatient center provides patients access to primary and specialty health care services, including imaging services.

The Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce recently announced the three finalists for its annual Small Business of the Year Award. The winner will be announced at an awards luncheon to be held on Friday, May 6, at the St. Charles Convention Center. Finalist companies include CPay LLC, a St. Charles-based payroll processing and employee recruitment consulting firm; Wright City winery and event venue Cedar Lake Cellars; and financial planning firm Sommer Investments LLC, located in St. Peters.

The St. Charles County Association of Realtors has named Chuck Martoia, manager of Coldwell Banker Gundaker’s St. Charles County office, as its 2015 Realtor of the Year.
