Closure of Route 94 section postponed

The Missouri Department of Transportation has postponed this week’s intended closure of a section of Route 94 in St. Charles County due to the flooding of the Missouri River.

Route 94 is now scheduled to close just west of Terry Road at 9 a.m. on Monday, June 29. The closure, which will last two months, will allow crews to raise the height of the road by more than three feet to help alleviate the flooding that occurs in the area.

Motorists will be able to detour around the closure by taking Route F to Schluersberg Road.
