Annual Home & Garden Show kicks off Feb. 26

Crowd_ShotThe 38th Annual St. Louis Builders Home & Garden Show returns to America’s Center & Edward Jones Dome from Thursday, Feb. 26 through Sunday, March 1.

One of the largest consumer home shows in North America, the Home & Garden Show offers displays and information about the latest home products and services from more than 400 companies under one roof.

The show’s six design areas include Lawn & Garden, Kitchen & Bath, Interior Design, Pool & Spa, Building Products and Green Products. More than 1,800 booths will fill nearly 400,000 square feet.

This year, the show’s Lifestyle Stage will feature seminars by local and national experts, including Shannon Quimby, HGTV alumna, salvage designer and author, and Derek “Deek” Diedricksen, host and designer for HGTV’s “Tiny House Builders.”

Activities for the whole family are another show highlight. Kids and adults alike will enjoy performances by the World Famous Frisbee Dogs, as well as getting a bird’s-eye view of the Edward Jones Dome with a free ride on the giant ferris wheel. Kids also can visit the Children’s Garden Club for free hands-on projects they can make at the show and take home.

Show hours are 10 a.m.- 9 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 26 through Saturday, Feb. 28, and 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 1. Admission is $10 for adults, $4 for children ages 6 to 12, and free for children 5 and under. Special show discounts are available with coupons from Schnucks. Pre-purchase tickets are available online, offering $2 off adult admission to any show day. Discounted reserved parking is available through Parking Panda.
